A: Matthew can create some customized designs, but we CANNOT accept any customer requests. We only sell certain hats and scarves that he would like to knit.

Q: Do you sell ONLY hats and scarves on your website?

A: Yes, we only sell hats and scarves on our website at this time. Matthew can knit other items, but we are only selling his hand knitted hats and scarves. Additional knitting projects may be added to this website depending on the number of projects Matthew is willing to create.

Q: Do you sell only adult size or only child size hats and scarves?

A: We are currently selling only adult size hats and scarves on this website; however Matthew has created child size hats and scarves in the past. He may be considering to sell child size hats and scarves in the future.

Q: How do I properly care for your hand knitted hats and scarves?

A: The majority of the skeins that Matthew uses to knit his hats and scarves are typically made of the following materials: Cotton, Acrylic, and Polyester. Some of the items can be used to machine wash and hung dry, however, if we do not specify how to care for the item, we recommend hand washing your product with mild soap and water and air drying it on a flat surface.

Q: What shipping methods do you use to ship your hand knitted products?

A: We use two shipping carriers to ship our hand knitted products - The U.S. Postal Service and Federal Express.

Q: Where will my hand knitted product ship from?

A: We are located in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. All of our products will be shipped only from that location.

Q: When will my hand knitted products arrive?

A: Shipping times are variant depending on the service purchased from the shipping carrier and when the payment has been received. For example, if you purchase a hand knitted hat using Standard (or First Class shipping), the item may take up to 3 - 5 business days (depending on your location), but if a buyer chooses Expedited (or Priority shipping), the item may take up to 2 - 3 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
